Budget and Finance

The Budget and Finance team is responsible for the overall administration of the department’s budget, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial activities. This includes the development and preparation of the yearly operating and capital budget, variance reporting and forecasting, inventory accounting, account reconciliations, and fiscal year-end closing activities. The team supports two areas within the UMIT umbrella: Information Technology and Telecommunications.
