IT Portfolio Management

The IT Portfolio Management team's mission is to provide an enterprise-wide approach to identify, prioritize, track, and successfully execute a technology portfolio of initiatives and projects in alignment with the University of Miami's strategic goals as determined by UMIT and University leadership.

This team is responsible for engaging with business stakeholders to understand IT needs and provide the structure for the successful completion of IT projects. Areas of responsibility include: end user needs assessments, requirements gathering; IT request review and governance approval; project delivery oversight; and portfolio reporting and KPIs.
